Scratch Duo 2 Setup/Configuration problem

I recently purchased some CDJ 400's and a DJM 400 to run alongside scratch duo 2. I've tried loads of different things including watching any youtube videos i could find to explain why the software wont run with the cdj's as midi controllers.

I had it working for a short period of time but the cdjs wouldnt cue or play in time with the software properly so am now really stuck.

Does anybody have any information or has had the same problem who may be able to shed some light on this problem? Or maybe just tell me what ive missed.

First update the CDJ400 and this is the linik for software and Connectivity with Traktor, Virtual DJ Pro or MixVibes

Thanks alot Buddha that really has helped. The CDJ's are now controlling everything on Traktor now. Not sure if its me being a complete idiot but my mixer is now being bypassed and am not able to control the crossfader or effects.
Any chance you know what im doing wrong this time?
