Screwed up entering my coupon code

    So for the first time in my life I won something. I got a coupon for $230 to spend in the shop because I took a survey about the Kontrol X1.

    So I immediately went into the store to get an X1 with the coupon. I thought everything was fine until I got the order confirmation email. Apparently the coupon code hadn't been applied. I think it's because at some point I had to back up a few pages, and I didn't enter the code a second time.

    Anyways I kinda need that $230 back. I've been doing everything to get in contact with support to no avail. I filled out a support request form, and even tried calling the numbers in the emails I've been sent. I figure that maybe a day isn't long enough for support to get back to me, but I kinda need this fixed as soon as possible. Any ideas on how to speed things up?

    please send us the code so that we can examine the facts. I've already passed your request to the U.S. support. However, I beg you to bear in mind that your request is 24 hours ago. I know that we are dealing with a lot of money for you (230$). But a little/ certain response time, you must also acknowledge our colleagues there, please.

    It's all good. My tax refund came in today, so I can live for another day or two :) Besides it was completely a mistake on my part :(
