    When I download a Kontakt 2 script from the Native Instruments website, what is the path to the correct folder in which I should put it?

    Larry, if you're talking about .nkp files, put them in the scripts folder. For Windows (if you used the default installation path) you can find the scripts folder as follows:
    c:\Program Files\Native Instruments\Kontakt 2\presets\scripts

    You can put new scripts directly in the 'scripts' folder or in any of the subfolders under 'scripts' (you can also create new sub-folder categories if you like just as long as you put the sub folders under 'scripts'.
