SD Card

I thought the 64GB data/default SD Card could be a back up.
So I bought this one.

Is this okay to use for decent transfer speed?
If there’s one better/faster I’m down for fetching another.

 

yep - perfect. got a sandisk extreme pro with R170mb/s W90mb/s and its a very good improvement for previewing longer samples, rescan library, etc. - the maschine+ runs much smoother in some points with these kind of cards.

Yes, you should be fine, it has the same specs as the one provided with your Maschine +.

I don’t need tons of data.
This is going to be bass/drums and treated background VOX and SFX.
But a back up of PSU and SD was important.

My slow methodical approach with manuals and videos is 100% stable.
Everything is as is and the continued help from this forum is most helpful.

Can I use an old 3rd Party nki called Plectrum in Maschine2/Sounds folder?
Seems small nki’s work there, this is larger but such a fantastic bunch of scraped/struck Grand Piano sounds.

Liking my 128 SD Card. Shutdowns are immediate, the only difference I see from the factory card.

 

Unfortunately, the only Kontakt instruments supported for now are the ones Kontakt Factory Selection, included in the Maschine + package.
