Self eLicenser does not have enough permission

    After running plugins scan, it says, "Self eLicenser does not have enough permission to run properly. Please, run LCC to fix this problem"

    I am guessing eLicencer is a Steinberg e-licenser ot iLok- I have them both. But what does it mean- not enough permission? And what is LCC and how to run it? Thank you.
