    How long should I expect to wait for NI to unregister my product (Kontakt 1.5) so I can sell it on? I have sent 2 forms via this site now requesting this & wonder how long they will take to get back to me...

    Don't worry :( NI maybe still have christmas and new year. I wait with my activation/registration problem since 22 December and still nothing. I have sent 2 msg via site too. Waiting for 12 days is horrible :(

    Yes, it is really frustrating as getting a reply from NI seems to be an issue in general...

    I guess I should have read some of these posts before buying B4 II. I can't register the software because the "service" software doesn't work. Oh, by the way, neither does B4 II.
