Selling Scratch Pro as have bought S4, How do I re-reg Scratch to new buyer?

    Hi, I've just bought the S4 controller so am selling my Scratch pro to a friend, how do I or is it possible to change the licence for the Scratch pro in to my friends name, i.e his email address and his own log in password?

    At the moment both the S4 and Scratch pro serial numbers are registered to me on my email address.
