seperate Installation files needed

Hello,

I purchased K10U Upgrade two days ago. As it happens, the installer runs smoothly (for once) - but at an suspicious speed !
(=done in under a minute ! No way the libraries for Action Strikes, Piano Collection and the likes are installed in that such an amount of time.)

Afterwards there is the call-up for the Service Center: I got to enter the K10 license key ...but if you check in the "overview" tab, none of the new VSTs has been installed.

I managed to install Molekular, Rounds, Polyplex and Kontour with the seperate installers that are provided for download in the respective demo sections, but for the bigger libraries there is no seperate downloads provided neither on the product site nor in the personal account section.

Any idea where I can get the installers or at least the [productname]_downloader.exe to Action Strikes, Definitive Piano, Cuba, Session Horns Pro ?

(ps. using the seperate installers on the hard disk failed, always prompts to "Please run this installer from the original DVD")

Admittedly, I wrote to N.I. - but it might be days and days before I get an answer...and I am kind of eager to use the new libraries after paying good money for them.
