sequencer for lazerbass

    hi, any sugeestions for good, useful sequencer to use with lazerbass?
    something suitable for quick bassline pattern creation?
    using monoliner that comes with R5 but there most be something better hidden in the user library
    anyone?

    hey, thanks but this sequences just lazerbass parameters right?
    i am looking for something that creates midi notes, something suitable for baslines
    with randomization for quick basline creation etc.
    tested dozen sequencers so far but nothing very good for bass so far

    Same here. I'm trying to use Spiral for a piece now. I'm setting it to A#, Dorian mode, but it seems to just spit out several notes at once. I've been able to limit that somewhat, but I'm trying to get a more fluid, random-ish bassline going. I'm using Kontakt for the bass sounds, but I may switch to an outboard synth.

    Basically, like the thread author, I'm just trying to get a nice bassline going, regardless of the sound generation.

    Any advice is helpful. Thanks!
