serial number problem on scratch pro

    hi about 2 weeks ago i bought the x1 with the offer of the scratch pro and they sent me a serial number and i activated on the service center but the software its still running in demo mode ,i sent 3 email to native instruments about this problem but they didnt reply and nearly past 2 weeks

    Have you installed the latest version of service centre? Download it from the website and install and try your serial number again.
    If that does not work let a mod know your ticket number.

    hi first of all thanks for your reply i tried to install the service center but its the same version, and still have the same problem and i think i add another problem i uninstalled the traktor pro and tried to downloaded again from the link that they sent me with the serial number but the link is closed so now i dont even have the demo version hope you can help me
