serial number

    hello i updated the pro 53 3.04
    and now it says i have wrong serial number and will not allow me to activate.
    i own komplete 4 . how do i fix this?

    You need a new serial number for the 3.0.3/3.0.4 updates.

    Go to the updates page or start the Service Center. Under Pro-53, you'll find a request new serial number entry with a "what's this" link. The "what's this?" has a link to request the number.

    Otherwise, there's probably a request serial number .rtf in your documentation folder of your Pro-53 install.

    well nothing was in the folder and i tried going to the request serial http. but it said unable to give me a serial.
