    My turn ... i finally bought a F1 and a Z1 from NI website directly. I received them them today but ...

    Seriously, what's wrong with NI and their serial numbers ????? :angry:

    You try to register NEW hardwares in their website and you get 'invalid serial number' message ?! :|

    This issue occurs since long with all messages i've read in forums and still not adressed since "YEARS"

    I can't have full traktor and then unable to use my gear.

    Hello Moehh
    i have the same problem here i bought a traktor audio 6 and when i try to register i get the same message.
    i have send 2 emails a week ago but the only thing i have recieved was a email ticket that the have got my mail.
    i hope in the future it,s also possible to use the product.

    Same issue.

    Received my brand new Maschine mk2 today and the damn serial number doesn't work. Normally I could relax about but considering I've had to wait up to FIVE WEEKS for answers from NI before I'm not pleased at all. Absolutely furious.

    JOY!

    Sick of this. I was excited to use it. My friend is selling an MPC in a few days when he's back from holiday so I have no doubt in my mind that I'll have heard nothing back from NI by then, and this thing will be going on eBay so someone else can deal with this hassle. Joke.

    I've been waiting 8 days now for a response from NI, how long does it normally take to hear back? I'm at a complete loss, i feel like i've been robbed of £280.

    Is there a number i can call? Do they read these forums? I'm not sure if it shows, but i'm pretty frustrated right now.

    after 10 days i have had an email from NI, suggesting that i contact "ION" (the company that supplied my software that included the "Guitar rig 4 LE" that is giving me this headache) , which i have since done,so now i'm waiting for a reply from them. :confused::S "FRUSTRATED"

    We are in 2014 and NI online customers service is completly obsolete!

    It's worrying that so many of us are being greeted with deafening silence from what i had perceived to be a respectable and large company. Does anybody have any experience with calling Native Instruments, i've found a phone number but i'm not sure if it's a german language number.

    i must just add that i found my first reply from NI in my spam folder so maybe.....just.....maybe you might have one in yours ?

    Got a response today, everything more or less sorted, just have to wait on my maschine 2.0 serial number being emailed to me. I was hoping for an explanation for the delay, but i'm weary of banging my head against a brick wall.

    Chin up guys, i'm sure your emails won't be far behind.
