Mac Intel 2.0 Dualcore w/2 gigs ram running 10.5, Ableton Live 6.0.

I'm trying to install B4II and have downloaded the Service Center 2 to register. However when I start the SC2 program the window is blank, white, nada appears. I've tried everything I can think of including going through the "training" section in NI's support section for Mac's. I've also attempted phone support with NI and am VERY FRUSTRATED with their help. They don't seem to have an answer either.
Anyone else have this issue? Is there some setting on my computer I'm missing? Need help cause the organ sounds pretty thin just holding the CD case to my ear!
    Any help appreciated.
    Nick

I'm having trouble too. Service centre keeps updating and then restarting and then updating again and so on...

Intel Mac here as well. 2x3.2GHz Quad-Core.

    Hmmmmm.

[later on] I kept on going. And kept on, and in the end it worked - don't ask me what I did right though.

I'm going through this right now. The service center updates, restarts, updates, restarts...

I'd do all the obvious things - reinstall Service Center, restart your machine, and so on. Like I said, it worked for me in the end.

    Finally, the 64 bit drivers.

After serveral hours of trial and error and installing the service center/upgrade 3.2 twice I finally got the Service Center to work. (At least, so I thought.) I activated Guitar Rig on my new HP laptop with Vista 64 bit. Service Center shows Guitar Rig activated.

However, when I launch Guitar rig it asks to be activated. The note at the top of the Guitar Rig intro window reads that "the hardware has changed. Go to the Service Center and reactivate."

How do I reactivate it? Service Center says it is activated and all is well. I don't see any instructions as to how to reactivate an activated application.
