My service center (most current version) is failing to correctly download updates. It gets to 100% of the download size and then keeps going past the download size. Ex: a 150mb update goes to 150, then keeps going to 160, 170, 200 etc and does not stop. The download progress indicator goes to 100% then goes past 100% and keeps going. Thus downloads never complete, they are in an unending loop of downloading past the correct amount. Some downloads complete, and then fail on install. The resolution is to "eject the disc image" but there is no disc image to eject.

I am on a Mac with OS 10.9.5 and have tried deleting service center, and re-downloading and installing it, but the problem continues. My user area does not have the most updated versions to download, so I do not know how to update and get ready for Yosemite.

In the attached picture please notice:
    - absynth download over the MB limit of download
    - download progress over 100%
    - failed install of controller editor from inside service center
    - no mounted disc in finder
    - attempt to install from dmg on desktop failed as well (image not recognized)

Thanks to anyone for their help in advance!

+1 on this issue but on PC.
I have tried this on two different PC's with the same response.

It wouldn't be too much of a problem if I could do a manual download but it seems Kontour and Rounds insist on using the downloader rather than just giving you the installation file.

    Please help!

Old thread, but I have the same problem with OSX El Capitan, both with Native Access and the Service Center.
Help me as well please !

    Thx solger !
I've just tried that and unfortunately it didn't work :/
NI support told me to delete Native Access and all associated files and reinstall. I've just done that and I still have the issue.
