    Hello NI,
I'm a Mac Book user who follow you since Komplete 6
I was currently reinstalling a system from scratch, i was thinking it was easy with your products because of your reputation and your huge amount of data.
I've start with the basic installation of my home studio... Traktor, Maschine... by downloading the lastest version of each product from my account on your website.

I was about starting the hardest part of the job, installing all of my Komplete collection wich means 7 DVD, 2 hard drives etc.... etc...
But... I've launched NI Service Center, just in case i've missed something.
And of course, i've have some driver updates and other things. Fine ! Download it and use the install button (cool, this feature wasn't available with service centre 1).

    Reboot bla bla bla....
Restart and reload Service Centre to check if everything was fine... looks like the same !!!!
Which means i still have all driver in the list with the install button.
All the Manuals which i've have already downladed and they are in the download folder.
All the contents download and updates, which i've already installed, manually because it's the only way.
    Crap....

At this point was thinking about the number of the new line i will have in this tiny and non-resizable window after installation of Komplete etc....
So i start internet research to check if something came from my setup.
And in fact nop ! but i've found tones of thread on the subject, people with same problem....

Registry on windows, plist on macos etc... and finally that one :
    https://www.native-instruments.com/...not-update-inacurate-registration-info.64814/
with the epic "year 2008" : "unfortunately the ''hide already downloaded updates'' is not working correctly in the moment. Sorry for that."
.... what !!!! no fix on the core updater with a major problem in 7 year, bug that can cost a lot of money, bandwidth, hard drive space ....
At this moment i was thinking about me, 2 years later with my new Komplete 15 Update and my service center, still purposing to me driver from 2.6.7 to 5.0.0 and bank update from Komplete 6 to Komplete 15 with their 15To of required download. 1200 installations to engage, in the proper order...

So... Guys, you should seriously find to us a "STANDARD" solution to install and manage all of this mess.
I know, for NI, the main software feature is activation and protection but for me, it helps to update my home studio.
Think as a customer who buy, KOMPLETE, TRAKTOR, MASCHINE, a bunch of REAKTOR instruments and Native Instruments Pack.
Look at what other do, like Logic X and their simple "Download and install additionnal content", or a command line "macports update" or "Ableton Live Drag and drop pack" because it's and going to be a very bad point for your image. Adding more and more feature without any proper solution to deal with for users... common !!! 2015 - 2008 = 7 year = 4 major version of KOMPLETE and nothing for Service Center except a +1 on the version, a delete after installation, check box (again from a user point of view, i'm pretty sure you've wrote a bunch of code, but i was not for users)

I can understand that your motivation on this is equal to 0 because you can't sell a Service Center Ultimate, but just in case... try to make a Service Centre with all NI Users requested features, call it "Service Centre Ultimate", sell a 100 $, and you know what i buy it immediatly.

    Best regards
