Service Center not accepting Battery 3 serial

    Good day -

    iMac 2017 Retina5k
    MacOS 10.14.5
    40 GB
    Logic Pro X 10.4.6

    Somehow, Battery 3 was uninstalled from my computer (perhaps during the upgrade from Komplete 11 to 12?) and I desperately need to get it back.

    Service Center is asking for the serial for Battery 3. I got Battery 3 when I bought Komplete 10. All products in Komplete 10 seem to share a "master serial number", but when I enter that number to activate Battery 3, Service Center says that's not valid.

    I've got a ticket open with NI, but it's been a couple days since I've heard from them and I'm hoping someone here has a suggestion.

    Try to use Native Access?

    Hi. Thanks for the reply. I ran Native Access "add a serial number", entered my Komplete 10 serial and it said "Kontakt 10 now activated!". Native Access still lists Battery 3 as a Demo but now is asking for the location of the Library. Of course, I'm steering it directly to the B3 library and it's rejecting that too. One step forward...
