Service Center not detecting my Product

    I just installed "Adrenaline" but the Service Center does not detect it... it says all my installed products are registered. Help?

    Did you:
    1. Run Adrenaline in Standalone mode first?
    2. Did you try to run the Adrenaline Registration Tool?

    I am not sure how you are supposed to authorize "pre Service Center" products like Adrenaline.

    1. Yes, I just tried that - It still is not found
    2. Yeah - that links me to a webpage telling me to download the Service Center.

    Registration schemes is one thing - but when they dont work and create problems for the end user it's starts becoming a real hassle :)

    If NI no longer allows you to use the included Registration Tool and forces you to use Service Center, and Service Center doesn't "see" Adrenaline, you will have to generate a support ticket.

    I suspect the problem is with Service Center.

    Alright, thanks.

    Too bad Adrenaline does not show up as a product there. I'll try choose something else.

    I have the same problem with Kompakt Sony Acid Pro Edition. After I install Kompakt and the new Service Center, SC is brain dead:

    Online Activation Assistant says "All installed products are activated. For a product list please go to Product Overview in Main Menu". However, Product Overview is empty.

    It appears that NI will have to manually register and activate the product in their database and possibly the Windows Registry Keys.

    What a crappy way of doing business.
