Service Center Not Establishing Internet Connection or Offline Activation

    Hello all,

    I'm using a Mac with 10.10.5 Yosemite. After installing a new hard drive and transferring data, all of my Komplete products have gone into demo mode. The Service Center will not access the internet even though all my other applications can and wifi is connected and on.

    Also when I try to select offline activation the Service Center brings me to a blank window that says "all products are activated" with none listed. Have reinstalled twice, and attempted to use an older version of Service Center which just got locked up and tried to update itself unsuccessfully.

    This seems to be a common issue with Native Instruments users and although I've been looking around on these forums, others, and NI Knowledge Base I have had no success in resolving it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am attempting to contact support, but others seem extremely dissatisfied with their abilities.
