Service Center - Offline mode to Online Mode "HELP PLEASE"

If anyone can give me some help on this matter that would be great cause I have tried everything. I've been using the service center in offline mode ever since I got K10U, and now it seems NI offline mode isn't working through the NI site in which I need my activation return file for my DM 307 from Heavyocity. I have emailed NI a couple times and they wont send me my Activation Return File, they says to try doing this and that which Ive done everything. I have uninstalled SC completely from my computer and Re-installed it and it still in offline mode, I have updated it to the new SC and that didn't help, I even see some people saying turn off the fire wall I tried that, that didn't help. I basically done everything I can, and I can't get SC out of offline mode and I purchased DM 307 a few days ago, and nobody from NI wants to send me my activation return file, if anyone has any other suggestions that might help me that be great I'm open to any advice, and yes the computer I'm on that I use service center dose have internet I am on the computer right now typing this post. It's been a very frustrating couple of days trying to figure out what to do. Any help will be much appreciated thanks.
