    Hello,

I've downloaded the update of Maschine along with Komplete Elements but I cant open Service Center to enter the serial number. The message says "Service Center has stopped working...A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

But it just closes, and I can't open Service Center no matter what I do. Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Thanks

Reinstall Service Center? You can get the installer from the Support section, I think.

Service Center is opening for me either. Maybe it's heavy traffic or such.

wow this is crazy! I have the same problem on my mac...I bought FM8 last thursday and it came with a new version of service center, I installed it and when I goto open it I get a "Service Center has quit unexpectedly" msg....I've uninstalled, reinstalled, updated my OS, tried it i safe mode, and nothing works...So now im stuck running FM8 in demo mode and sampling it until I hear back from the tech support people...Its definatly frustrating.

    I have the same issue.

I think mine stopped after the recent Guitar Rig 4 update.

I have tried all the usual redownload, delete folders, reinstall etc. but I haven't fixed it.

I have got around it by logging into a second profile, on my PC, where it works fine. I can then activate etc.

So it seems like a problem in my profile.

I'm glad it's not just me.

I have the same problem. D/L'ed Komplete Elements and now my Service Center just stays at the initializing point and doesn't take me further, when I try to stop for offline mode, it just freezes and I have to force quit. Mac Pro user, somebody help!

Same issue here since a couple of days: While self-updating, an error message occurs. Downloading and reinstalling the latest Service Center version is no solution :-(

AFTER THE UPDATE IT HAS A FAULT. the update seemed to carry a new installation with it and this faulty also, sorry 4 the caps.

the download version didnt work for me either, that seems to be the same as above.

mine simply gives me the opporuntity to use "a previous" version by selecting NO.

it is very frustrating but as my updates are done i couldn't care less now.
