Service Center won't recognize my "Morphology" installation

    Hello and good day to everyone!

    Apart from my previously posted problem with "Stormbreakz", I also have trouble getting my "Morphology" work. Proper installation, serial number recognized, but it doesn't show up in Service Center, so it can't get authorized.

    Does anyone have an idea how to get Service Center to recognize the installation?

    What version of Kontakt? If Kontakt 4, use the Libraries > Add Libraries button which should trigger it to get noticed by Service Center.

    You can also re-run the original installers which should do the same. In the case of very old libraries, you may have to run the original application once.

    Hello David,
    I did what you suggested, but Morphology still doesn't show up in Service Center. I re-ran the original installer from the original DVD. But nothing in Service Center. I ran an update patch after that, again without any results in Service Center.
    Did the installer maybe "forget" to write something important into the registry of Windows? Something I could manually add?

    What version of Kontakt? (Or none -- are you using the original Player that came with it?)

    Sorry, forgot to mention that. I use the bundled player, which is a version of Kompakt (I guess). Anyway, I also have Kontakt 4 (the "free" player that's available for download), and I opened it and selected Morphology from the list on the left, and clicked on "activate", which opened Service Center, but no Morphology to be found there.
    Should I try to de-install/re-install Morphology completely?
