    Hi

I am trying to connect service centre in order to register some software. It won't connect and I think that this is because my office automatically requires user-name and password confirmation every time I connect (e.g. open a new browser window). This does not seem to be accomodated by the Service Centre

In addition I can't query this from Native Instrument Technical Support because I need to be registered before I can contact technical support and I can only register thorugh the Service Centre

Does anyone have any ideas/help for me?

    Hi,

generally you contact our Registration Support without login regarding such an issue.

You should still be able to use the offline activation method to export an activation file which you can open in your webs browser. When you are finished with the activation and have downloaded the activation return file, you can re-import this into Service Center to finish the activation.

I am not sure what the reason is that you always have to enter a password, so this might indeed be the problem. I have no solution for this, but the workaround should work.

I had the same trouble and, after much frustration, discovered that GlimmerBlocker was preventing Service Center from making a successful connection--despite my having added assorted native instruments domains to my white list. Try turning off any ad-blocking or other net-filtering software you may have running, and then try re-launching Service Cennter
