Session Horns Pro Download Problem

Hey forum! Hopefully I can get some feedback on a problem that has been keeping me from fully enjoying my $300 purchase.

I recently purchased Session Horns Pro (last week). Since then, I have been unable to fully download the entire program.

Beginning with chrome, my download would range about 17/18 gigs before suddenly stopping. Then, figuring it could be Chrome, I attempted to download it in Firefox. Now, rather than my download "completing", it flat out fails.

I tried switching from wireless to using an ethernet capable, have attempted the download on a DIFFERENT wireless network -

It never finishes.

To start, I would download the link from the website and this problem would occur. After contacting NI support, I was given a tiny url link that went directly to the Session Horns iso file. I STILL have been unable to completely download all the files.

Has anyone had this problem? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

I'm on an ASUS, with a core i5 processor, running Windows 7. Ram: 4GB, Memory: 74.4 GB

I had the same issue several times while trying to download the files to a 64 GB stick. After copying the installer and the downloaded files to the internal harddisk the rest of the download and installation worked without any problem.

 

What do you mean by "copy the installer and the downloaded files to the internal harddisk"?

Rather than try to download it to my desktop, lets say, or a folder, I should download it directly to my hard-drive?

 

Comcon, please tell me if you are using Session Horns pro with a PC or Mac. I am having some issues with Session Horns PC downloaded version, thanks.
