several days passed and stuck on 'Order Created' status and STILL no confirmation

    I have two different orders stuck on "Order Created". I've sent 4 emails to Support and NOTHING. no reply, NOTHING. money has come out of my account so I know it's been paid for. anyone else dealing with this?! it's been about 4 days and crickets. Anyone from NI on here, please help! Thanks

    does anyone have a phone number to call Native Instruments?? I'm still dealing with this issue. Literally NO ONE has responded to my several emails about this. again, purchased several hundreds of dollars and the purchase has shown up on my banking end and no product, no serial numbers, no nothing. then no one is responding with, "oh we had an issue with your card" or something..anything!! who can I talk to?! any help or support would be great. I've linked to Matt at NI below. I don't use message boards so not sure if I tagged him correctly. thanks everyone!

    There's really no excuse and frankly I have no clue what is going at the moment. I saw several similar messages throughout the day and it's very concerning. I have escalated your case to the team and hopefully they get to it right away.

    thank you Matt!! you're the first person from the NI eco-system to reply in a week or so. not a long time in the grand scheme of things but when you make a purchase expecting to get the product in 10-15 mins, a week is extremely concerning...and annoying. seriously, I really appreciate your help!

    hey Matt, I just got 1 of 3 products I purchased but not the last two. the one I got was two weeks late and the other 2 I'm waiting on is now officially a week late. is there a phone number I should call or a direct email I should connect with. the person who gave me one of them has been radio-silent on my requests for the other 2 products. thanks for your help!
