Share your Macro Ideas

How are you guys/girls using macros in your setup? If you have any useful ones, please share them here. I am particularly interested in how you are using loops etc..

Currently I have a button that kills a loop, turn off effects and jumps to the next que. This is ok if I have set up the que's etc, but I'm sure some of you are using much cleverer, on the fly stuff.

Like if the song is about to drop into a phat bassline and you've looped 4 bars before it, then cut the size of the loop down to 1/16, how can you jump straight into the drop without playing the 4 bars before it?
