Should Arturia plugins be in Factory or User library?

I sure hope that formatting the hard drive can't be the only solution! now that would be a huge hustle...

 

Can I give this a bump?

I bought Arturia Collection 5 yesterday and it keeps me busy trying to install it correctly all day today:
I can't get the NKS to show up in the browser either (in my case, Maschine 2 / Maschine Studio 2.0).

They do show up in the Service Center and in the Plug-Ins/VST area.
I can also select them as "External VST plugins", but I re-scanned multiple times and the Arturia folders /Library/Arturia/... never shows up in "Factory Library".

Has anyone found the way to make this happen – it seems Maschine needs to be tricked into scanning /Library/Arturia somehow.
Adding this directory to the User Library did not work either however.

I am currently updating the Maschine software to V2.4, maybe that will do something.
