Battery 3 won't load and just says 'Not Yet Registered - Load Service Centre?'
If I say No it stops battery loading, if I say yes still nothing happens as for no apparent reason the service centre will not load up either despite downloading the newest version and Flash 9.

I'm at the point of taking it back for a refund.

Do you load the service center as stand alone? There is a update available. Maybe it helps.

As i said I have the newest version plus the latest Flash player, but no joy. Surely it should run for 30 days regardless.

Still no reply from NI on this which is very annoying.

    Thanks mate.

I prefered the old registration method. I'll never be able to use Battery 3 without a working service centre. Ideal!

To be honest mate I'm giving NI until the end of the week to get back to me with a decent responce or its going back to the shop for a refund.

They should take note of M Audio's customer support and technical advice system, which is superb. Waiting a week for an email thats no help at all is just insulting.

    Hi Tom

Service centre simply does not load. Its installed (latest version plus latest flash) but just does nothing when you try to start it.
I've just had a reply from Tech Support telling me to update all npswf32.dll files to make sure they are all using version 8.0.22 of flash or higher but they are all running 8.0.22. Strange considering I have flash 9 installed.

    regards

    chris

i can*t authorize my B3, too. in my case the service center starts normally, i can export the html-file, because my studio-mac has no internet connection, then i get the activation-file from NI and i can import it to the service center. the program says everything allright with the activation. so long so good. if i quit the service center it always crashes and the authorization fails!

    i*m using G5 2x2Ghz, logic pro 7.2.

    what should i do?

    best maX

Dont know if this solve your probs, but install the Flash 8 Version that comes with your Battery 3 (its in your Service Center folder after Installation)
There are known issues with Flash 9 ...
