show 4 decks and 4 effects at the same time..

hi, i've just been using traktor pro for a few weeks with my new xone 4d and i'm wantuing to know how i can show the 4 decks AND the 4 effects units at the top of the screen? at the minute if i have the 4 decks on screen then a small part at the bottom of the screen ( which is about the same as the size needed to have the 4 decks ) shows a few lines of the browser... i don't need to see any of the browser like this as i'm using an encoder to toggle the browser on and off in full screen...

any help would be appreciated...

If you switch to full screen mode you should see the effects again.

 

i just had the same problem, switching from a 15" mbp to one with a 13" screen.
in fullscreen-mode i wasn`t able to view all 4 decks fully expanded and the Master Panel, (showing either one, the FX or the Record/Metronome and such)

i could fix it by using only 2 of the 4 decks in expanded view, (means the Loop-Points all visible)
both rows of decks fully expanded and the Master Panel did not work.
(btw: neither did it work on a Wide-Screen 14 1/2-inch panel on my HP Pavillion)

funny that it works when i leave Fullscreen-View, just that i then have just a two-Row View for my Browser left,
but as you said, i also switch Views to Browse my tracks, so there`s no need for the Browser in the lower part of the GUI,
but i couldn`t find a way to turn it off.

so, either try not to have all 4 decks in full expanded view, (if you don`t need that),
or see if one of the other workarounds will suit your needs,
i place a Future-Request, to have the Master/FX-Panel visible in exchange for the Browser Part at the Bottom,
or to say it different: to have more possibilities to configure the needed and unneeded parts in the GUI for a future update.

 

i got this sorted out... i can get all 4 decks ( 2 of the decks with the advanced section on and 2 without ) and the 4 effects units on at the same time on my 13" macbook... just had to play around in the layout section... thanks for your comment though..
