    I know I love mixing with the filter as much as straight-up eq, and along these getting-tracks-working-together lines, some kind of basic side-chain compressor insert effect would be great. Dry/wet of course, one parameter to select the deck/source and another to select the frequency being ducked would very useful. You can approximate something with Filter 92 Pulse etc but something that responded to another source could make for some more mix dynamism. I can see way more people getting real use out of this than the current one-knob offerings we have right now.
