I've been using maschine for a while and I still have not been able to figure out how to do this ... Browsing YouTube you've found the perfect example of what I'm looking for, and I suspect that it can be done with sidechain, but I'm not sure if it's possible.

At minute 1.53, when the drums and snare come in, there is a line of three notes made with the arpeggiator, and I think the first note does not sound because the sidechain is used and each time the kick sounds the note goes out completely .

besides, maybe he's using an arpeggiator in triplet mode, I do not know ...

I hope you can help me because I've been trying to find that exact sound for some time. Thanks and best regards.

It looks like 3 sounds stacked together . Most probably two bass like one sub and one high pass saw , on tope of each other and a low pitched electric hi hat like arp on top of both which has pitch modulation. That's as far I can tell hope it gives you some clues.

Thank you very much for the answer, but I do not mean how the sound is made, what filters and synths it carries, I mean if there is some way to make a sequence for example of 1/8 with the arpeggiator and that the first note does not sound doing a kind of sidechain with the battery. Instead of sounding the four notes, the first one is completely muted and the other three remain. I have been testing this afternoon with the sidechain effect of the compressor, but the note is never silenced completely.

My idea is to use this technique live, and instead of painting the notes one by one, use an arpeggiator and the first note of the synthesizer line disappears completely. Thanks and best regards.

You can do it with sidechain. With a better compressor plugin, you'll see better results.
Not a big fan of maschine compressor.

It's easy. Just load a compressor on the Arp, go to "SIDE-CHAIN Input" and select the Pad containing the Kick...

Just beware the built-in compressor has somewhat of a slow release even when at the fastest setting.

You can also use Fake-Sidechain plugins that create the "Pumping effect" by simply automating volume, like an LFO would. Plenty of free ones out there, here's one: https://www.hintonandfairchild.co.uk/product/bigkixdippa/
