Simple playlist question.

I know this is pretty basic but cant work it out. I have Traktor LE on a Mac (not familiar with using a Mac so that could be the problem). I am trying to do something very simple which is to put a playlist together to play automatically in a specific order.
I made the playlist and copied all the relevant tracks in. I then click on the track I want by holding the control key, this brings up a sub menu and I select "Add to PLaylist as next" I do this for a number of tracks, it duly shows a diamond next to the track, the first one with the letter A then diamond.
However the problem is they are automatically sorted in Alphabetical order, which is not what I want, I need a playing order as I selected.
PLease can someoine help, i'm getting desperate and have a gig tonight.

Do you see the column labeled "#" ?
If yes, press on it
If no, right click on the table header and select "#"

That should do the trick.

Thanks for reply and yes I do have the hash but it does'nt do the trick. I suspect there is a bug of some description.
Running Mixmeister which has resolved it.

the mode that you are asking for is called cruise mode, however it is not part of Traktor Le. You could upgrade to Traktor Duo or Traktor Pro.

Ive also tried to create a playlist in LE. Right click on Playlist, Create New. I put tracks from the Track collection in no specific order in it and when i click on the playlist, the tracks are shown in the exact same order, like ive added them to the playlist....
You must have done something wrong. Try to explain your steps of creating the playlist again. Thanks
