Skip point in a track in traktor 2

I think N.I. isn't ready for innovation but they will be forced to do it soon or later and I think it will be later rather than sooner , much much later .

I don't know if I understand correctly, the tread title is talking about AUTO jump cue points, that could be very useful if sometimes I wanna avoid a boring part of a song but this video is talking about jumping between your cue points (not auto jump), this can be easily done even now.
Now we have 4 different cues: Cue, Fade-In, Fade-Out, Load plus the Loop option, it would be really helpful to have another one called "Jump" or "Skip" so in some tracks I can automatically skip a boring part.

 

I agree, just a simple auto jump to the next cue could be very very useful today!

 

Exactly! Its not to bring MORE boredom in you sets! Its to SKIP the boring elements in some Versions!

*sigh* Thats why i also now have the S*****o Installation with all Extensions including Flip on my Machine.
Flip is a Feature that is bringing the easiest Way for me to spin the tracks in a way i want them to be.

In the past i used various Multitrack Audio Software to create own edits but this is far easier for me.
Flip brings more energy into my sets and NI/Traktor sadly got nothing comparable.

I still hope there will be something like this in Future Traktor Releases.

by the way.. I think that people who see such features only as another (sync)tool to enhance DJs Lazynessduring their own sets should just stay out of this discussion/request and should simply not think about use them
I bet they will NEVER understand how powerful these technologies are when these are used correctly, creative and NOT for being lazy during a DJs Job!

this useful request began already in 2011, I also support this idea, in serato or rekordbox I made names my cues "to jump into G" and marked them in color. And I would say that this can be done in manual mode, there is nothing difficult in this, but the Traktor needs to support color cues and signed, as is done in other programs.


But there is another problem, many genres are not very suitable for such sharp jumps along the track, if there are large volume drops in the track, in different parts of the track, different levels of reverberation, then such jumps with the help of hot cues do not work and then I do it as follows , in the track I mark two places with lines and cross two decks, it sounds much better than if we just jumped to this point and the track does not lose energy.

We need volume and EQ adjustments, have any idea how this could be done in just one deck?
