Slaeepless in milwaukee

I am having serious trouble trying to run my maschine mikro. I cannot record or play at all. I once was able to do this but ever since I tried to instal the latest version nothing seems to work correctly. I can't get the metronome to work. I can't change the BPM on swing. Cant play in step mode. These are all things I could do. I am able to trigger sounds with the pads I can use the note repeat button. It won't even play the demo rhythms that came with it. I was a happy user for about three months but when I realized I couldn't find the manual or pull it up through the service center I tried to reinstall everything and ever since then this is how its been acting its driving me crazy!

Go into the file menu and turn OFF 'Sync to external MIDI clock'

YEAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I AM SUCH IDIOT AT THIS MOMENT I MAY BE THE HAPPIEST IDIOT ON THE PLANET THOUGH, THANKS FOR READING AND REPLYING WHERE EVER YOU CAME FROM YOU ROCK AND I FEEL A LIL ASHAMED THAT I COULDN'T FIGURE THAT OUT MYSELF. MORE THAN ANYTHING I'M JUST STOKED TO USE IT AGAIN EITHER WAY! I was about to just start recording with an m audio recorder one layer at a time and mix it in Traktor.

 

I hope U can help..ive had my mikro for a few weeks now, but ive yet to figure out whyi cant hear my metronome, ( shift+play) i see on the screen its On. i try to adjust the volume, comes up as 0.0 Db i can turn it down but not any higher than...0.0DB? . I normally set my output Group- main out 2.. i can do pretty much everything but hear my Metronome! HELP
