Sleeve images for WAV files, how?

Most of my set is made up of WAV files but sleeve art only seems to appear with MP3's - Am I missing something obvious or can can WAV's not have thumbnails ? In the heat of the moment I can relate far better to a sleeve image than 'A line of text in a spreadsheet' :) ?

I'm syncing my iPad with iTunes on a PC if that makes any difference. Help would be greatly appreciated.

You cannot embed artwork in WAV's, They also have limited fields to add metadata.

If you want to use totally uncompressed audio files stick with AIFF - these are the same as WAV's but let you embed artwork and have all the metadata fields you need.

Personally I use Apple Lossless files as they sound the same as WAV's and AIFF's but take up less space.

    :)

Apple Lossless is definitely the way to go with Traktor DJ. First thing I do with all my imported wav/aiff files.
