I'm using the Vierring Instrument and I created about 25 snapshots. Everything was working great, but now I've noticed that only select data is being changed as I toggle through the presets. Mainly, table data for the rhythms in those 'sequencer' like windows down the left side do not change. They simple stay as I set them, while all the other data changes with the snapshots.

Stranger still, when I flip through the presets that come with the instruments, every parameter changes properly.

Thought this might having something to do with the Snapshot Isolate feature, but I can't even find that switch in the properties window where the manual says it should be.

    Thanks for your help!

table datas are not saved with snapshots...it's a little weird but you have to save the table datas individually:
go in the table menu 'ctrl+click on mac) and choose to save datas

i'm not sure i follow...for instance, the tables do change as you cycle through the presets that come with the instrument (vierring).

YES! got it. okay, so table aren't saved in presets, right? well, in the Vierring synth, the pattern select slider across the top is where you 'store' your table settings and the the pattern select position gets set with the snapshot.

Right, the setting for the pattern number changes, but the actual data in each pattern does not get saved with the snapshot - it gets saved with the instrument.

There are various ways of saving the table data with the snapshot that people are currently experimenting with - but they all have their drawbacks. Some get screwed up when you "Insert" a snapshot into the middle of the list, some have stability issues that seem to be related to the way Reaktor handles events. See the SamplerPack by J. Walker-Hall for one way of doing it. See my CL-909 and M. Brinkmann's ParticleBox101 for another way of doing it. ALl these are in the User Lib. I will be introduing a 3rd way of doing it in an ensemble I'll be posting to the user Lib in a day or two.
