software still in Demo mode

    I still have Maschine stuff showing as Demo in native access despite it all being authorised in service center.
    Have I missed a change somewhere or is this still waiting to be moved on?.

    Reflektor for Maschine
    Traktor 12 for Maschine

    Same here with same products on my laptop but on my desktop it's all activated after re install the computer from scratch. But would also want to know if there is a solution for existing installs.

    Do you also have the full versions of these showing?
    If I'm not mistaken they remain in demo mode if you have the full versions of them

    I had this in service centre with new expansions I just bought.
    They show as needing a code.
    But they end up sorting themselves out and they show as okay in native access
