Sold Traktor but new owner cannot register

    I recently sold my version of traktor as i did not use it. i checked on the service centre before i sold it and it said "not registered". the new owner just got in touch to say that it was not letting him register as it was already registered.

    i have removed all the NI software from my pc but still no joy.

    anybody know what i need to do please?:eek:

    Join the questions with the exception that I would "un-register" one version of a traktor LE, you know what I mean. I have two versions - one from the controller Reloop Digital Jockey, and second, today purchased, purchased together with audio 2 dj. At this point, I have registered two - how do I "un-register" the first one?
