Solid Mix Series Installer Issues

    Hey folks,

    Relatively new to the forum but a long time NI user. I have Komplete 8 Ultimate and received my email to upgrade to the new solid mix series stand alone pulgins but for some reason every time i download the installer and i click on it the message pops up instantly that the installer quit unexpectedly. I have tried it in Chrome and Safari and no luck. Im running OSX 10.5.8 and i know some of the new NAtive updates have to be on 10.6 or higher. I really dont have the ability to upgrade my entire system bc of the time involved and the re-installation of my programs. Would Solid Mix Series be having an issue with 10.5? Any help is appreciated.

    Nope
    i had the problem that the downloaded file missed .exe so i had to ad .exe myself because it didnt install, after adding .exe it worked fine.

    Have you contacted Tech Suport i'm sure they can help you
