[SOLVED] Kontakt 5.6.1 will not authorise and I haven't got Retro Machines 2

    Hi,

    [SOLVED]I bought the Kontakt 5 offer. I installed using Native Access. Installation was normal, but when I try to open Kontakt, I get the nag screen to authorise, when I've already got the serial number and conformation of 'Full Edition' status in Native Access. This happens both as standalone and as a VST in Cubase 8.5.20.

    Running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit, full updates applied.

    SOLUTION: Uninstalled Kontakt 5, reinstalled using the default settings offered, except where I placed the 64 bit VST. Now I have Kontakt 5 without the nag screen.[/SOLVED]

    [SOLVED]I haven't received any information about Retro Machines 2 yet. How do I get this? Is it by email?[/SOLVED]

    SOLUTION: Email arrived with download instructions and serial.
