I've just sent in a support ticket but thought I'd post this in case anyone else has also come across this issue. On my S61 MK2, firmware 0.5.9 the touch strip has been sending constant MIDI signals on Controller 11, around the values of 37-53 varying randomly. If I touch the strip the LEDs stay where I touched (i.e. 50%) but watching a MIDI monitor shows constant output still within roughly that range. This of course negatively affects instruments that are receiving in Controller 11. I will have to disable that until it gets fixed.

Komplete Kontrol all up-to-date as well. Happens in Cantabile and Cubase; haven't tested anywhere else. Attached log file shows Cantabile's MIDI monitor over a few seconds, where in the middle I touched the strip so you see some high values come in but it goes back to constant signal. The surface of the touch strip is clean.

OK, so this is great. I finally get around to posting a thread on this, then figure out the problem. I guess that's good. :)
I went to Komplete Kontrol and disabled the touch strip, and it turned off. Still getting Controller 11 signals like crazy. I enabled the touch strip again, told it to transmit on MIDI channel 2. Still getting Controller 11 signals on channel 1. Then I decided to check my pedal, seeing it was "Expression" showing up; sure enough, I had my hold pedal accidentally plugged into Pedal B instead of Pedal A. So just in case anyone gets this odd behavior, which now makes sense, check to see which pedal jack you're using.
