following the advise here i have visited the traktor bible site to get a tsi for my apc40. overall impressions are stellar. it is hard to stop playing!

I have noticed though a few things which did not work. I wonder if this is a matter of the mappings by Andre Leite or current traktor version itself.

    1. the lights of buttons which memorize the settings of the loop (hotcue buttons) do not indicate if the hotcue is busy or empty. can this be fixed by tweaking the settings?

    2. the same with the "page" of apc's track control knobs. with the first two scene launch buttons you can switch between the knobs setting low and mid filter and high filter and volume. for clarity, the scene launch buttons should not only trigger changes, but one of their lights being on should indicate where you are.

    3. apc's arm recording buttons controlling the cue (the blue headphone) buttons of the four decks do not work every time. sometimes they need to be pressed twice, which messes up the lighting. you end up not knowing which deck is cued. i remember it from ableton and nocturn. can be misleading.

    4. how da fak to clear the recording loop? :D undo button works only unless you have remixed, because then undo undoes the last recording after which you can only redo. have gone through the manual, and found nothing.

    EDIT

the problem was with apc not being in dumb mode. once i made it dumb. all started to work as it should.
