some questions about midi

hello,

i'm new on reaktor and i have some questions :

first, i want to know why sqp need 300 voices?

is it possible to know clearly what is out in a module who make operations on midi note?
for example, i do midi note / 12, is it posssible to know the result?
because when i use the menu pop up on the wires i see all the voice and it's not clear! and sometime the mouse scroll wheel don't work!
i try numeric readout but it's working only in mono mode!

is it possible to filter short midi note without loose latency?

i create a filter midi note module who use a midi out note pitch gate and i'm oblige to create a wire between the gate and audio output to activate the module, why?
in this module i loose some note off but the gate is directly connect to the midi out note pitch/gate, i don't understand!
