[Sonar LE (4.0.1) + Kontakt 2.1.1] loops problems

I have a following problem:

I load any instrument from "12 - Loops" directory. Let's say - "Breaking it Down [095]". I play C1 - the loop plays fine. But when I start playing the song (or even silence) and then stop the sequencer for the first time when I press C1 the loop is NOT playing. It happens in songs too - the first occurence of C1 is silent. Even if there where some notes played with this instrument before (C2 and above).

To make myself clear:

1. I load "Breaking it Down [095]" into Kontakt 2 in Sonar LE
(tried in Sonar 5 - it's the same. tried loading Kontakt 2 as DXi and as VSTi - it's the same)

2. I press PLAY, wait a second, press STOP.

3. When I press C1 for the first time - nothing happens. Pressing it second time - does the job.

I updated Kontakt 2.
