No conspiracy. I closed because the update was not out and there was speculation of what was/not fixed before anyone had it. Only now can we determine this. Does not mean everyone who posted was speculating or complaining. Just wanted to start fresh with accurate information.

    Thank you.

To add, the issue could not be resolved yet before the update. Rather than hold up the other fixes they will try to address in the next update.

    Thanks Keir and B-righteous,

I very much appreciate the note that you are working on this and I will be patient.

I hope the update is coming soon because I bought 2 expansion packs that can only be used with version 2.3 and above. And since 2.3 crashes in Sonar I had to roll back to version 2.2.3 so now those two expansion packs are unusable.

    To all,

Having had issues with other, different Maschine bugs in the past (and remain frustrated on one) I shall fully acknowledge that in this case NI has been surprisingly responsive, and, that knowing how well Cakewalk works with other companies to nail compatibility issues I have every faith that NI/Cakewalk will address this as soon as practically possible..

    Thanks Keir

Do we know they are beta testing? I must have missed that somewhere.

I am having Sonar/Maschine issues beyond what has been discussed in this thread. :(

no we don't know. but we do know they are beta testing the IOS problems.

once i discovered the original problem w/Maschine 2.3 & Sonar, i stopped using the 2 together altogether, so i wouldn't know much about other problems

What makes me laugh is that it's a major alert that NI software does not with work with latest ios, but with Maschine MIDI out issues on PC, Reflektor or Maschine crashing also on PC, it's business as usual, not even a sticky in the forums... So it's obvious where the bread is buttered..

    CalkeAlexS,

You are exactly right and it's pissing me off. As a long time customer of NI and owner of their flagship studio, my patience is running thin. Numerous musicians I work with gave up on NI when they abandoned Kore and now I understand why.

I would feel a lot better if NI's communication was better. A status update or anything would be greatly appreciated.

nope. haven't heard anything. but 5 months seems to be a long time for a major company to leave a product so broken. maybe nothing will be done about it until 2016. i hear 2016 is supposed to be a big year. LOL

I am going to call them today. I bet they are putting their resources in the Apple OS bug fix. I would feel much better about this company if they would just give us some type of update.

    Thanks

    Joe

I just spoke with tech support. The guy said this is a known issue and looked into the status. He came back and said that it is currently being worked on between them and Cakewalk and due to the number of Maschine/Sonar users, that it is a high priority. I asked if the we could expect a fix before 2016 and the tech guy said he can't make any promises but he thinks so...

So lets all keep our fingers crossed and hope they have a solution sooner than later.

    Thanks

    Joe

Before 2016?? How about next week this has gone long enough!! Don't they care about their customers?

The issue is clearly at NI's end otherwise otherwise other third party VSTs would be experiencing similar issues.
