    The answer to your question is yes.
    Just downloaded this vst and tried it out.
    It worked.

    All you have to do is route the audio.
    Furthermore, it is useful if you have a manual of the TX16W.

    And now it works. Whether it sounds nearly identical to the real TX16W I don't know, but it does sound nice. For example when I pitch an audio file up +24 in my audio editor, then sample it with Cyclone, and then play it back two octaves down. :cool:

    I was overcomplicating things. When I read that in Cubase you need to set up an effects version of the plugin to be able to sample, it triggered a memory that wrong-footed me. A long time ago I had a VST sampler called Volkszämpler by CreamWare. In Cubase you had to use its input plugin as effect to make the audio connection with the VST instrument. So that is what I was needlessly trying to do in Maschine.
