Hi all, I'm a Logic 6/ Reason/ Ableton live user, and I've set my eyes on Reaktor Session as my next buy, to replace the live and reason combination.
I'll probably be using it as an AU instrument in Logic, instead of reason rewired, which is cool, but has no 'freeze' options, and other limitations.
I just have a couple of questions, before I order it:
    1. Are reaktor generated effects considered instruments? Can I use them as send effects (Audio unit, that is)
    2. Are reaktor generated effects good enough for mastering? Anyone uses them as mastering effect? Do they sound better than logic's in house effects?
    3. Will it be reliable as live? I use that sequencer a lot for live gigs, and it's very reliable.
    4. Will it support rewire? (As a slave/ master)

    Thanks,
    XO

1: Reaktor 3 does not support AU. Reaktor 4 does not yet either, but will in a future update. So no, not yet.

2: They can be used for mastering sure. Better than logic's in house effects? That's something everyone will have a varying opinion on. Based on what I've heard from the R4 demos, sound quality is very good.

3: Yes, I'd not hesitate to use it live.

4: No, Reaktor has no rewire support.
