Sound card output not working anymore

Hi Friends,

Maybe someone could help me. The sound card from my Traktor Z1 is not working anymore, the sound not goes from the RCA connectors.

Where to repair it ? Does someone has any kind of experience with the Traktor after sale service ? Would it be a costful operation ?

In the worth case, is it something which can be fixed by a non NI technician ?

Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers?
Are you on the latest firmware?

In fact, the OS is OS Sierra, yes drivers have been installed and I am on the latest firmware.

I am pretty sure that it is the internal sound card which has failed as I have an other Z1 that I exchange in the same conditions of equipment and softwares and it works.

I ask for the address where to return it for repair, as well as the approx time for repair and costs.

This equipment has been bought at THOMANN in Europe, I live in Thailand thus it is a bit complicated for me as I have to return it to someone of my relatives who gonna return it to the repair center and resend it to me after having receiving it back from repair...
