It's a mixture between Buzzer and Wobble, might be helpfull if you search for suitable tutorials...
What makes the version starting on 0:27 different to the one on 0:44 you're refering too?

The bassline is paramountly different.....I mean ouch. If you can't hear a difference. Never mind. Anybody who can maybe talk like they actually know massive on this one I'd love to hear an educated approach to making this sound I've tried using a detuned reese and doing various automations with resionance and envalpoe filter/ using formant on the active osc. But that super clean wonky wobble is quickly becoming my unicorn. I'm looking for the formula to make this sound!

Super Clean, I thought this is caused by the Youtube Audio Compression ;) A steep highcut might be helpfull, in case the massive distortion models aren't clean enough to replicate that, ppl. tend to use EQ for postprocessing their sounds when using them in their tracks, to make them fit a bit better into the rest of the mix.
I as well hear a bit flanging, a slight phase shift between the right and left part of the sound, you could try to recreate that by slightly shifting the delay times. Since they delay times as well as the formants are varyiing depening on the pitch of the sound, and the rest of the track ist pretty much sample based, I'd guess they simply borrowed the basis of the sound from another track (could be a postprocessed guitar) an running it thru automated filters...

They sound the same to me. Either an octave up, or maybe just the filter cut-off slightly up...
