soundflower issue, not hearing sample

Anyone ever experience weird problems with routing sound via soundflower to sample?
I have been able to sample numerous times from sources and hear what I'm sampling in while it's sampling.
However, sometimes I only can get the sample, but can't hear it.
As of now I have my mac's system preferences audio set to soundflower(2 ch), my soundflower bed set to aggregate, and my program with the sample I want set to soundflower.
I can see the levels, but not hear it. Is there a workaround, I have gotten this to be heard while sampling a few times, but I can't for the life of me figure it out.

soundflower seems to be the culprit.
All of a sudden, i can hear what I'm sampling.. yet i still get that annoying sample.
Btw, I recently upgraded soundflower and it's far worse than the older version. wtf?

 

when i use soundflower, if I plug in headphones or take them out, i have to click the soundflower icon and click on 'built in output' in order to hear my computer's audio...

next time you can't hear the sample, give that a shot...
