stand alone mode

    hi - can't seem to get the Electrik piano to wor in stand alone mode-

    woorks fine as RTAS plug in in Pro tools v6.2.2 on OS Panther 10.2.3-
    over a gig of ram - have tried in in w dfd mode on and off- no luck

    i have the setup configures correctly but no sound or activity on the EP -- i use garritan string orch w same configuration -- not at the same time - and it works fine

    any help out here?

    Probably something with the MIDI setup. Go to the Setup->MIDI page and disable all MIDI inputs. Then quit EP. Relaunch EP, and reselect the MIDI input device you want to trigger EP. Load a patch and see if the keys visually activate on the screen. This would tell us if the MIDI is working correctly or not.

    thanks david == had to give it a few tries but it took - thanks for the advice - checked out your web site to - very cool-- looking forward to the new libraries for the EP
